1 x Ginseng
Siberian ginseng is a shrub originally from southeastern Russia, China, Korea and Japan. It grows in the forest and has been used in Chinese culture for over 2000 years. It is an adaptogenic herb. Adaptogenic herbs help the body deal with strain and stress and also to maintain focus and reduce the feeling of exhaustion. The quality of Siberian ginseng products varies greatly. It is often misidentified and contains adulterated substances, which are other ingredients that do not contribute to the product's benefit, but merely take up space in the product. Our Siberian ginseng is 100% and without any additives or adulteration.
