1.1 GENERAL TERMS

These terms and conditions apply to your purchases from and your use of the website www.scriptnutrition.com and form an agreement between you and Wellier Scandinavia AB 559083-8727 below (“Wellier”, “us”, “we” and “our”).

By making a purchase from or using this website, you agree to these terms of use. Please ensure that you have read and understood the terms and conditions when using our website. By visiting or using any part of the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree to all the terms of this Agreement, you may not access the Site or use any of our Services. To take care of your interests as a customer, the provisions of the Consumer Purchase Act SFS 1990:932), the Distance and Home Sales Act (SFS 2005:59) and applicable laws and regulations for personal data protection are applied

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace content from these Terms of Use by posting updates and/or changes on our website. It is your responsibility to check this page regularly for changes. The issuing date is shown at the beginning of the message. Your continued use of or access to the Website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

1.2 TERMS OF USE

You may not transmit worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.

You may not use our Products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor, in using the Service, may you violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

Violation or breach of any of the Terms will result in immediate termination of your access.

2.0 CREATION OF AGREEMENT AND PURCHASE

Wellier's goods and services are purchased at www.scriptnutrition.com. A purchase agreement is established when your order has been confirmed via e-mail to the e-mail address you specified when ordering. By ordering, you accept these terms. Wellier does not enter into contracts with minors (under 18) without the guardian's approval.

When you register a Subscription and an Account by ordering products on subscription, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to the Terms. If you do not agree to the Terms, you cannot create an Account or Subscription and you cannot order Products. The agreement becomes binding when payment for your order has been completed.

We reserve the right to refuse, limit or cancel any order you place. This includes purchased per person, per age limit, per billing address or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders using the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we change or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the email and/or billing address/phone number provided when the order was placed. At our sole discretion, we reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that appear to be placed by distributors, resellers or resellers.

You agree to provide complete, current and accurate payment and account information for all purchases made through our website. You agree that upon checkouts, including any submissions, your account and other information, including your email address and, in some cases, your billing address, credit card number with expiration date, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

Orders placed in another person's name without his/her consent are reported to the appropriate authorities.

3.0 DESCRIPTION OF SUBSCRIPTIONS

When you order a subscription for the first time, you enter into a subscription agreement for dietary supplements and other complementary products that you choose. The subscription is offered with a 3-month commitment period. The first time you sign up for a subscription, you get an extra box for your vitamins, in the following months your supplements are delivered as refills. The subscription options available on the website may change from time to time. Your subscription frequency or upcoming delivery date can be changed at any time from your account.

You can change your subscription and/or unsubscribe by making adjustments to your account or by contacting us via our Contact Information. Any changes must be made at least 14 days before the next scheduled delivery. If the Subscription has not been canceled or changed in time, it is automatically renewed.

4.0 LINKS TO THIRD PARTY SITES

Our website may contain links to websites provided by third parties. If you click on such a link, you will be directed to that website. Note that these external websites are not operated by Wellier and therefore we recommend that you read the privacy policies of such websites. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies and other information on third-party websites or their products and services.

4.0 INTELLECTUAL RIGHTS

All text, images, video and other editorial content on our website or other media channels are protected by copyright, trademark and/or other intellectual property rights. Unless otherwise stated, all materials on the Site are the exclusive property of Wellier or its licensors to which Wellier has full ownership or use rights. You as a Customer therefore do not have the right to distribute, license, modify, copy, publish or sell information, software, products or services that constitute Wellier's intellectual property (including, but not limited to, copyright and other rights to trademarks, company names and know- how to the service and/or Wellier) in addition to what is required for the use of the service according to the terms.

All intellectual property rights, including copyright and moral rights, on this website are owned by Wellier. Any use of Wellier's media channels, trademarks, content and products, including copying or storing such content in whole or in part, except for your own personal, non-commercial use, is prohibited without permission from Wellier.

In addition, it is prohibited to use the website or its content:

• to collect or track the personal information of others
• to incite illegal acts
• to violate laws and regulations
• to infringe our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others;

Wellier's products are intended to treat, cure or prevent any disease and any information on the website, recommendation or other info or advertising regarding the product and service is not intended to replace the advice you receive from your doctor. Wellier is not responsible for underlying and/or diagnosed diseases of our customers. The customer is responsible for seeking treatment from an authorized doctor. Customers are responsible for taking responsibility for consulting a doctor before ordering products on our website.

In case of recurring health problems and if you use special medicines, you should always consult a doctor before eating our products. If you experience side effects after using the products, stop using the products immediately and contact your doctor. You hereby accept that consumption of products sold on our website is at your own risk and that it is your own responsibility to do adequate research and consult a doctor before using the service and products.

6.0 ERROR IN PRICE OR DESCRIPTION

Wellier would like to draw the attention of all customers to the fact that the website may sometimes contain errors. Some inaccuracies may relate to errors in product descriptions, pricing, promotions, product costs, transit times and availability. Wellier reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information on the Service or on any related website is incorrect at any time without notice (including after you have submitted your order).

7.0 CHANGE OF PRODUCT AND RANGE

Products and content are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to change or discontinue content or products at any time without notice.

We reserve the right to change prices, correct incorrect prices on all orders and final sales. The prices of our products are subject to change without notice. If the price is incorrect, this may force Script to cancel the purchase and refund all amounts paid in the best way possible. This can be done at any time. In such event, our customer service will attempt to notify you by contacting the email and/or billing address/phone number provided when the order was placed.

8.0 SHIPPING AND REDEMPTION PACKAGES

The prices listed on www.scriptnutrition.com are listed including value added tax (VAT). For purchases under SEK 400, the shipping cost is SEK 29. Packages that have not been picked up within 7 days are returned to Wellier. If this happens, you will be charged a fee of SEK 150 (SEK) for costs attributable to Wellier's administration, return shipping and handling. Please note that unredeemed packages are not subject to the right of withdrawal.

9.0 RETURNS

By law, Customers have the right to a 30-day right of withdrawal. The right of withdrawal runs from the day the customer receives the item and applies provided that the item is returned in unchanged condition (not used, do not remove labels or break the seals of packages/dosage bags). Contact our customer service to get the return approved ( hi@scriptnutrition.com ) and state 1) order number 2) reason for return 3) name and contact details. We then confirm that the return is permitted and send details of where to send your return. Please note that the customer is always responsible for return costs. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you must return the goods without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days at your own expense

Please note that the right of withdrawal only applies to products that are not specially manufactured and does not apply to products that are classified as food. In other words, when buying over the internet, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are specially manufactured according to the consumer's wishes or that have a clear personal touch.

10.0 COMPLAINT

In cases where the Customer has received a faulty or defective product, the Customer is responsible for contacting Wellier's customer service hi@scriptnutrition.com within a reasonable time after the fault has been discovered and there photographing, specifying, explaining and describing the fault/defect.

Please note that only original errors are covered by the right of complaint. The right to complain does not, for example, cover faults caused by normal wear and tear. Wellier reserves the right to remedy the fault in the first instance, redeliver the product in the second instance and make a repurchase in the last instance. In the event of a complaint, contact customer service.

11.0 PERSONAL DATA

Wellier is responsible for ensuring that the personal data provided in connection with purchases is handled in accordance with applicable legislation. By accepting the purchase agreement with us, you consent to your data being saved, in order to be able to process your order and carry out the purchase, facilitate future purchases, enable updating of your order status and for the sending of offers from Wellier or our partners, by SMS, email mail or other direct mail. As a customer, you can access the saved data, change it or request deletion. You can also withdraw your consent to receive offers at any time. 12.0 AGE LIMIT

Wellier has an age limit of 18 years. If the Customer who buys is under 18 years of age, Wellier requires consent from the guardian.

13.0 QUESTIONS AND COMPLAINTS

If you have a complaint regarding our processing of your personal data, you have the right to submit such a complaint to the Swedish Data Protection Authority.

14.0 FORCE MAJEURE

Wellier is not obliged to fulfill the purchase agreement or subscription if fulfillment is impeded as a result of an event beyond Wellier's reasonable control (e.g. change in legislation, government action, strike, blockade, sabotage, war, terrorism, fire, flood, natural disaster, pandemic, epidemic or other extraordinary event).

These circumstances release Wellier from the obligation to pay compensation and if the circumstance has lasted longer than two months, both you and Wellier have the right to cancel the purchase with immediate effect.
