Vitamins are vital for all of us! They do everything from having a revitalizing and energizing effect in our body to protecting us against disease and stress from the environment around us. Our body is amazing in many ways, but unfortunately it cannot create these vitamins itself in large enough quantities, we need to supply them through the food we eat.
