Protein
The building blocks of the body! They are involved in all parts of the body from cell building to muscle building and also in the production of our hormones and the oxygen transport of the blood. Some proteins the body can make itself, while some we have to supply through what we eat. In animal proteins such as meat, poultry, fish, eggs and milk products, you will find the entire register of proteins that the body needs, but you can also find proteins in vegetable sources. However, not so-called complete proteins, but different vegetable sources provide different vegetable proteins.
