Sleep

There are few things that make us feel as good as a good night's sleep! It is also often sleep that is affected if we are in a period with an increase in stress of some kind. Do you have difficulty falling asleep or do you fall asleep without problems and wake up late and have difficulty falling back asleep? Nutrition is not the whole solution, but often we need to combine it with other changes. Maybe need to cut down on screen time before bed or eat earlier in the evening?
